Little Bites is a very strong brand in the Northeast and along the East coast-with the goal to build the brand on a national level.
Allebach developed the brand essence "Smiling Together" through focus group insights where we discovered that Little Bites make moms happy because a muffin is perceived as a better choice snack for her kids-and kids are happy because they are delicious: The delicious taste kids love and the good choice moms want-Keep Smiling Together with Entenmann's Little Bites.
Convenience, portability, portion control, and no mess were also key benefits for mom, leading us to: The perfect, easy, no mess, pre-portioned, on-the-go snack - Pack a Pouch Anytime.
We then launched the brand campaign with the goal to drive awareness among moms, and increase household penetration in new markets. Media selection was TV, radio, in-store POS and targeted digital and social tactics.
Thus far, the campaign has produced a strong ROI, increasing both HH penetration and buy rates-making Little Bites the #1 Selling Mini Muffins. And the digital/social strategy drove increased customer database and brand engagement.
