As a Digital Account Coordinator your primary responsibilities will be to assist the account management team with all day-to-day agency work for our clients. This will include but not be limited to: daily/weekly coordination of current and upcoming client projects, maintaining workflow based on marketing schedules, attending client meetings, phone calls, emails, and attending creative input meetings when available. Your secondary responsibilities include playing an active role in the development, management and execution of digital and social media strategies and campaigns for regional and national clients.

Primary Duties
• Development of client briefs, reports, proposals, and etc.
• Maintain project schedules and attend status meetings
• Provide assistance to account executives and directors on client contact and work flow
• Provide input in planning stage of projects
• Develop estimates for Account Executives to review
• Maintain client files for all assigned accounts
• Proofreading copy, artwork, proofs, proposal, etc.
• Other miscellaneous administrative duties

Secondary Duties
• Research, develop, present and execute sophisticated media plans and buys consisting of multiple digital channels (display, online video, search, social, mobile) supporting campaign objectives and strategies
• Develop and execute these integrated plans based on client objectives and established KPI’s
• Serve others in the account team on the day-to-day digital and social activities for our clients.
• Perform the analysis and evaluation of digital and social media opportunities, establishing KPIs and metrics, analyzing and preparing monthly and quarterly reports, managing digital budgets, and be responsible for the digital billing process
